Surely you know there is
only one of you
but there are plenty of other people
who could do everything
you can do and more–
does that light your fire
or put it out?
Yes, I know there was
only one Van Gogh
but there are plenty of famous painters
and plenty who aren’t
who paint remarkably
just like you– will you persist
even if you’re not special?
